Pinuccia Contino is the manager responsible for product safety policy in the European Commission’s department that is in charge of consumer protection. In this capacity, she is responsible for the revision of the General Product Safety Directive, which addresses, among other things, emerging issues such as connected devices and cybersecurity, the online aspects of product safety and the enhancement of the Rapid Alert System (Safety Gate/RAPEX).
Product safety has no borders, that’s why one of her priorities is to increase and deepen international cooperation – among other tasks, she sits on the ICPHSO Board of Directors as ex-officio Member on behalf of the European Commission.
Pinuccia has a passion for promoting stronger leadership by women, and has been serving as Secretary-General to WIL Europe, the European Network for Women in Leadership, since its formation in 2010. She also serves as social entrepreneurship mentor for the Miller Center Global Social Benefit Institute (GSBI®) of the Santa Clara University.
Finally, further to completing the Compassion Cultivation Training© in December 2019, in November 2021 she graduated as Ambassador of Compassion from the Applied Compassion Training™,ACT by Stanford University.

Delphine Dauba-Pantanacce is Director, Legal Counsel of Global Regulatory at eBay. Her team oversees all of eBay’s prohibited and restricted items policies globally. It closely cooperates with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and NGOs all over the world.
They support the eBay marketplace by managing a policy framework that keeps prohibited items off the site, while creating opportunities to further expand the business in a compliant manner. Before joining eBay, Delphine worked for a law firm and for insurance bank companies. She studied law at the University of Paris La Sorbonne and at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
