Stefan Naumann is Director Legal Business Partner Team at Zalando. Since joining Zalando in 2015, he oversees legal topics related to national and international business law, consumer law and IP law relevant to the 25 European markets where Zalando operates. Prior to this, he was Vice President Legal for Air Berlin, the airline company where he started his private sector career in 2006.   Stefan Naumann holds a Doctorate in Law from the University of Cologne. He is a member of the Legal Committee of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK).  

Bogomil Nikolov is a PhD in Economics from the Business Faculty of the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. He also holds MsC degrees of Political Sciences and Business Administration from Sofia University and University “Erasmus” Rotterdam.

As of 1999 he is working as an Executive Director of the Bulgarian National Association Active Consumers (BNAAC).

Dr. Nikolov is a Member of the Bulgaria Economic and Social Council, the European Economic and Social Committee, the Bulgarian National Council for Consumer Protection and was a member of the European Consumer Consultative Group. He also represent BNAAC at many international organizations such as Consumers International, BEUC (European Consumer Organization), ICRT (International Consumer Research and Testing) and TACD (Transatlantic Consumer Dialog).

During his over twenty years professional experience at BNAAC, he has had the opportunity to coordinate many national and international projects in the field of consumer protection. Bogomil has also been involved in education and training programmes organized by the Institute Public Administration in Sofia and TAIEX services of the EC in Brussels.

Ugochi Obidiegwu is a Social Development Strategist with a specialty in developing products, programs and providing policy advisory on pressing development issues affecting African children and youths. Her major work pillars are ensuring child safety, reducing substance abuse in youths, and providing strategic direction for founders of social impact initiatives. She is the Founder of The Safety Chic (a child safety social enterprise) and UGIP Foundation (a faith-based nonprofit organization).

At The Safety Chic, she is the author of a child safety storybook series self-published on Amazon which is available in English and French, co-creator of a COVID-19 online safety game for children, and curator of a child safety game app. Her child safety training and products have been experienced by over 10,000 children in 8 countries. Her work in child safety has been recommended as good practice for member countries of the European Network for Education and Training in Occupational Safety and Health (ENETOSH). Her work in safety education during the pandemic was featured by the UN OHCHR. She has shared her expertise with safety professionals at key industry events like the 2019 World Safety Organisation Symposium in Las Vegas, the 2021 World Congress Canada, and the 2021 West Africa IOSH conference. She convenes the annual School Safety Summit where teachers get trained by relevant stakeholders who proffer solutions to safety challenges affecting school children.
